Overview Austin - Division Director - HOA Community Management - Divisional Leader at Spectrum Association Management. The role leads our division in Austin, Waco, and Temple markets with a focus on strategic operations, client relationships, and team development. Responsibilities Command the division with high autonomy and proactive performance; report to the Vice President of Spectrum AM. Lead customer operations, technical sales, people management, mentoring, leadership, and a positive attitude. Dedicate approximately 40% of time to relationship building and client relations to support sales and growth of the division. Dedicate approximately 40% of time to staff and team development, culture building, and mentoring. Dedicate approximately 20% of time to projects, change management, learning and development, and company activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a large portfolio of customers. Ensure optimized and consistent operations of a complex service product. Lead team development, including monthly one-on-one meetings, development plans, and accountability conversations. Uphold the company-wide commitment to provide amazing same-day customer service. Other duties as assigned by the executive team.
