Asst HR Director ( 1 Year) up to 10K AD/DD will provide strategic leadership in medical HR matters, including overseeing the full spectrum of HR work. He/She will work closely with CMB, ACMB (Medical Manpower) and key clinical leaders to drive initiatives such as medical manpower planning, talent management, and business/operational requirements (e.g. increase access to care). The role will also oversee strategic collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside of (e.g Finance, SCMO, HRSS) to ensure that our medical HR practices remain robust and forward-looking, and aligned to our organisational objectives.
