Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Director in the overall management and operation of the community, including strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development

Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all departments

Develop and implement programs and services that promote resident/patient satisfaction, engagement, and well-being

Foster positive relationships with residents, patients, and families, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services, including medication management, wound care, and rehabilitation therapies

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure the fiscal health and sustainability of the community

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare leadership role

Strong understanding of senior living operations, including budgeting, marketing, and human resources

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
