Search Solution Group is seeking an Associate Sales Director on behalf of our client, a national physician-focused organization committed to helping healthcare providers enhance patient care and optimize practice efficiency. This role plays a key part in driving growth and expanding service adoption by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The Associate Sales Director will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that support physicians nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with physician groups and healthcare providers
- Lead outreach and engagement strategies to drive adoption of technology and service offerings
- Present tailored solutions that improve practice efficiency and patient outcomes
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact through closing
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and client success teams to support client needs
- Provide strategic insights to leadership based on market trends and client feedback
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or a service-based organization
- Proven ability to close complex B2B deals and meet/exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- None required, but relevant sales or healthcare certifications are a plus
- Understanding of healthcare systems, physician practices, and industry compliance standards
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
- Results-driven and self-motivated
