Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 10a-6p (on call - one weekend a month) Position Summary: The Associate Program Director supports the Program Director in managing the Residential Treatment Program. Responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative leadership, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with licensing and quality standards. The program serves adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the clinical team. Assist in program oversight and compliance. Provide crisis management and share on-call responsibilities. Facilitate therapeutic interventions and groups. Ensure quality clinical treatment and documentation. Oversee medication management and resident assessments. Qualifications: Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD/PsyD) with an advanced degree. 2+ years of experience in mental health and substance recovery treatment. 2+ years of supervisory experience in a therapeutic program. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Pass background checks and meet community care licensing criteria. Skills & Abilities: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage crisis situations and de-escalate effectively. Proficient in documentation standards and computer skills. Commitment to harm reduction and recovery principles. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
