We are seeking an Associate Media Director to join a growing team within a progressive agency in NYC. This role offers a hybrid work environment with flexible in-office days. The Associate Media Director will be responsible for developing and executing media plans across various channels, focusing on digital and emerging media, managing media budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals. This position plays a key role in driving business growth and success for clients, while managing and guiding a team through the media planning process, including strategy development, partner RFP/evaluation, negotiation, tactical planning and execution, reporting, insights, optimization, and billing.
Requirements 6+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record in digital media Ability to develop high-level strategies, including innovative ideas that deliver results from awareness to lead generation Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industry trends and developments Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative and account management Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, MOAT/IAS, Google Data Studio, Prisma, Spectra Familiarity with media planning tools and software like Comscore, Nielsen, IAS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industry: Advertising Services
