Overview The Tradition Senior Living is a Texas-based Luxury Senior Living organization committed to excellence in serving our residents. With locations in Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth, we offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We are seeking an Associate Marketing & Leasing Director at our Tradition - Clearfork community. This role is responsible for the community’s occupancy, meeting/exceeding budgeted goals in occupancy and revenue, and managing internal sales to drive objectives. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborates with the community’s Executive Director who oversees daily operations of the Marketing & Leasing department.
Responsibilities
Sales by face-to-face presentations, telemarketing, group presentations, and professional referral presentations
Touring potential customers and referral follow-up
Lead-base growth
Identify needs of the potential client through day-to-day contact with seniors and adult children
Follow-up with impeccable written and verbal communication; research and understand the competitive landscape
Facilitate smooth transition between sale and move-in
Maintain the primary goal of the company: resident focus
Daily internal sales tracking and external business development tracking; use of computerized lead software system
Other requests by the Vice President of Marketing & Leasing
Collaborate with community leaders to ensure marketing and sales strategy success
Track, analyze, and maintain knowledge of: internal sales trends, external market conditions, and lead-generation success
Participate in and motivate the community team; ensure purchasing and budget compliance; maintain service quality, timeliness, environment quality, and atmosphere
Foster strong resident and guest relations and communication
Requirements
At least two years of external/internal sales experience in senior living, real estate, or other person-to-person sales
Knowledge of local community resources, market conditions, and contacts
Experience and knowledge of public relations and networking techniques
Ability to develop and execute 90-day marketing plans and events
Energetic, positive demeanor with a caring, compassionate attitude
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to direct, supervise, coordinate the work of others, and motivate positive performance
Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
Ability to follow and support Company policies and procedures
Physical Requirements While performing duties, the employee regularly uses hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; must be able to reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The role requires standing, walking, sitting, and occasionally climbing or balancing; may lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color vision, and depth perception. Activity level is high.
