We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Associate Executive Director to support organizational leadership, oversee strategic planning, and manage operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Support the Executive Director in implementing strategic initiatives and long-term plans. Oversee program management and ensure projects align with organizational objectives. Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. 7+ years of leadership experience in executive management or similar roles. Strong skills in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and program execution. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of managing teams and achieving organizational goals.
