This role leads Day Supports, Community Supports, Clinical Services, and the Article 16 Clinic as part of the Executive Leadership Team at The Arc Lexington. The organization serves 1,300 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and is supported by 1,600 staff. Responsibilities Lead Day Supports, Community Supports, Clinical Services, and the Article 16 Clinic Oversee multidisciplinary teams across psychology, nursing, psychiatry, OT/PT, speech, and therapies Drive program and clinical innovation, evidence-based practices, and continuous quality improvement Shape Lexington's strategy as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team Qualifications A senior leader with significant clinical and program oversight experience.
