As an Associate Director-Env/Health/Safety, you will be responsible for overseeing a team to develop and implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a safe workplace culture.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies to ensure regulatory compliance and promote workplace safety.
  • Perform risk evaluations and deliver training programs to educate employees on EHS practices and emergency response.
  • Oversee investigations of accidents, conduct regular audits, and ensure continuous improvement in safety protocols.
  • Mentor EHS team and manage team engagement and communication with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community partners.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed, including managing sustainability initiatives, analyzing EHS data, overseeing budget management, and other responsibilities related to EHS operations.

What you'll bring:

  • Required experience: 5+ years of network related technical experience some of which was in a supervisory role.
  • Desired experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.

Our Associate Director-Env/Health/Safety earns between $116,700 $196,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
