Summary This role is ideal for an individual ready to contribute to building a "best of breed" technology ecosystem. It will support Xilio’s goals and foster innovation and collaboration through technology.
Job Responsibilities
Work as an independent IT leader to understand and improve Xilio’s technology strategies using current and emerging tools.
Explore new concepts and technologies in automation, collaboration, API management, middleware, xAI, and related areas to enhance cloud strategies.
Implement data architecture improvements and develop visualization solutions to convert raw data into insights.
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation, making technology accessible and productive.
Support broader IT initiatives with the CIO and Digital Experience Architect, including operational activities and organizational resilience. This includes roles such as help desk technician, security agent, project manager, network administrator, compliance participant, coder, and mentor.
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
Curious about technology, eager to learn and improve solutions.

Knowledgeable about generative AI and its business applications.
Experienced with data visualization and management.
Solutions-oriented with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Capable of prioritizing and working independently.
Understanding of industry-specific compliance and security considerations.
Knowledge of security best practices and risk management.
Passionate about IT service excellence and teaching others.
Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Mailparser, Docupilot, and LCNC tools.
Understanding of data management principles, relational data, and ontologies.
Networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi and network fundamentals.
Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and system connections.
Understanding governance and process improvement.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and the Google xAI ecosystem, including Gemini, NLM, Deep Research, Co-Lab, Jupyter, and VertexAI.
Enthusiasm for open-stack platforms and tools like Slack, Chromium, Box, and Egnyte.
