Job Summary
The Associate Director, Technology and Facilities will provide Information Technology support and troubleshooting to employees across the organization and will support the operation of ARs headquarters office and other physical locations.
Principal Responsibilities
- Order, set up, and ship computers and peripheral equipment.
- Provide Information Technology orientation and training to end users.
- Coordinate activities of IT managed service provider and support desk.
- Assist users with software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Attend training sessions on software applications and platforms and develop user procedures and documentation for these products.
- Manage Compliance vendor to maintain state foreign corporation and charitable giving registrations.
- Maintain physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Maintain relationship with Property Management; liaison on all office/user issues.
- Maintain Subtenant relationships and coordinate their services.
- Prepare workspaces and facilitate moves/move-ins.
- Coordinate and carry out any relocation or buildout activities and location branding.
- Facilitate any needed repairs or improvements by vendors and contractors.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies; maintain kitchen orderliness.
- Order stationery and business cards.
- Manage offsite storage facilities and transition to new vendor.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Broad familiarity with and aptitude for common computer software and hardware.
- Direct knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Box, Slack, and Zoom platforms preferred.
- Strong customer service disposition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- At least five years of workplace administrative and operations experience, demonstrated information technology background, college degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment.

American Rivers offers marketable compensation that reflects the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. The salary range for this position is $51,604-$58,054, annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive Total Rewards package to our full-time, regular employees, including:

- Financial Security: After one year of service, American Rivers begins contributing a 3% employer contribution. There is no vesting schedule for employer contributions as employees are 100% vested upon participation.
