We're looking for a strategic, analytical leader to join our Global Analytics & Insights team supporting Oncology. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love making connections across functions, and want to shape the future of oncology, this is your opportunity.
You will drive high-impact analytics and insights, support our annual business planning process, and enhance commercial reporting platforms (such as OYSTER). Working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Finance, Commercial, and IT, you'll guide decision-making on our oncology portfolio and help us execute strategies that make a real difference for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics to support annual business cycle planning, including strategy and long-term planning Consolidate long-term forecasts and analyses to guide investment in our Oncology portfolio Partner with Global Portfolio, Finance, R&D, and Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment Shape valuation assumptions and help develop SET and Board-level presentation materials Drive cross-portfolio and market-level analyses to support critical decision making Oversee, enhance, and maintain commercial data systems (OYSTER, Reference Patient Funnels, etc.) Champion new tools and platforms to drive efficiency and transparency, including AI and cloud-based solutions Manage and support forecasting, business review meetings, and key enterprise assumption inputs Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or business Minimum 5 years' analytical experience in pharma/consulting; oncology expertise strongly preferred Advanced analytical and financial skills; expertise in Excel, modelling, and presentations Experience with market research and forecasting; familiarity with large pharma data sets Strong communicator who can develop clear narratives from complex data Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment Desired Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, PhD) preferred Track record of leading complex projects Knowledge of both commercial and R&D finance Experience supporting senior executive meetings and decisions

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $181,500- $272,200. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
