As the Associate Director, Principal Solutions Consultant, you will lead a team that designs and executes the onboarding for Built’s Lender clients. This role will lead a team that takes a consultative approach to client engagements with a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and Built’s technology. The end result is that clients are onboarded efficiently and effectively and can maximize the value from Built’s product suite in the future. You will be responsible for leading the team translating the Finance Industry into Built’s technology.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and Manage the Onboarding Team: Oversee a team of CRE and CLA Solutions Consultants, guiding them to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences. Ensure the team is understands and executes the onboarding strategy
Client Interface and Relationship Management: Act as a senior point of contact for key clients during the onboarding phase. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure those needs are met through tailored onboarding solutions
Onboarding Process Design: Develop and continuously improve upon the onboarding process to align with client needs and accelerate time to value
Team Development and Training: Mentor and train team members on best practices, new product features, and effective client communication strategies. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
Metrics-Driven Success: Define, track, and execute against performance metrics, including: Time to Value, ARR onboarded, CSAT, team utilization, and more
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the onboarding process is integrated with the broader client journey. Advocate for necessary platform enhancements to meet client needs.
Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Finance Industry
3+ years of experience in FinTech or SaaS project management
Proven experience leading and managing a team, particularly in client onboarding or similar customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing client needs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
Built’s salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
