What You Will Do:
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
Lead the architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Provide technical guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to foster innovation.
Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing ServiceNow implementations.
Serve as the main contact for clients regarding ServiceNow implementation and strategy.
Oversee all aspects of ServiceNow implementation.
Ensure quality assurance for ServiceNow projects, including review and testing of developed functionalities.
Maintain the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance after onboarding.
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience supported by certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) and experience in Architect or Project Management roles.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, IRM, and/or SPM.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and build rapport across diverse levels.
Desire to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to detail in developing technical solutions.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe.
PMP certification.
Experience in business development and leading federal proposals.
Managerial experience supporting remote teams.
