EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire an Associate Director, Sales Training. This is a highly visible role within the organizations Commercial team; responsible for leading, designing, and executing sales training programs to support their high-performing sales force. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and tenured sales professionals. Create content across disease state education, product knowledge, selling skills, and market access. Partner with internal stakeholders to align training with brand strategy and compliance standards. Facilitate workshops and presentations at national meetings and training events. Manage vendor relationships and oversee training material development.

Required Qualifications: 10+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience (across multiple commercial functions) 3+ years commercial and/or sales training experience required 2+ years corporate (in office) commercial training experience required Specialty product launch experience Veeva Vault and promotional review committee experience Endocrinology experience preferred Ability to translate complex scientific content into engaging, actionable training. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
