Employment Type: Full Time
Starting Wage: $73,850 - $79,125 annually

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and evaluation to residential leadership staff.
  • Oversee staffing coordination, recruitment, and professional development of program leaders.
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centered services aligned with OPWDD standards and agency policies.
  • Monitor individual service plans, protective oversight practices, and clinical supports.
  • Conduct and oversee audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with fiscal oversight, including budgets, procurement, and facilities maintenance.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure health, safety, and wellness monitoring.
  • Manage admissions, transitions, and discharges in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Serve as Administrator On Call, responding to emergencies and critical incidents.
  • Contribute to policy development and agency-wide initiatives through committee work.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities;
    – OR Associate degree with four (4) years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and person-centered planning.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator requirements and pass all required background checks.
  • Preferred: QIDP eligibility and/or SCIP-R Level II certification.
