Our Accounting and Claims team seeks an Associate Director with 4+ years of reinsurance claims experience, working with clients, reinsurers, and internal broker teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to ensure excellent communication and service.
Manage loss notices, updates, and proofs of loss from clients and reinsurers.
Review coverage, contract wording, and prepare/review loss calculations.
Process claims transactions and track settlement statuses.
Participate in client claims audits and support claims functions for assigned accounts.
Review contract wordings, monitor claims reporting, and prepare reports and calculations for clients.
Assist clients with Schedule F funding requirements and Letters of Credit.
Coordinate with other departments for timely fund transfers and reinsurer approvals.
Maintain reinsurer database and provide training on systems and claims.
Experience in multiple lines of business is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of reinsurance intermediary claims experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary range: $95,000-$135,000, based on experience and location.
