As the Associate Director, Product Marketing, you will be a key leader within our Global Member Revenue Growth team.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for high-visibility initiatives focused on member personalization and dynamic content layout optimization. Partnering with Product, Web, Growth, and Discovery teams, you will drive strategy, feature ideation, execution, and testing for global personalization features-ensuring we deliver a best-in-class member shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategy and execution for personalization and dynamic content discovery initiatives across all of our marketplaces. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, BI, Finance, Martech, and Web teams to deliver ~75 features annually. • Drive A/B testing strategies and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform hypotheses and measure impact on KPIs such as Recognized Revenue, iLTR, and iLTV. • Integrate test learnings into go-to-market plans to optimize marketing surfaces for revenue growth. • Champion customer delight through seamless content discovery enhancements. • Participate in strategic discussions and ensure alignment on innovation priorities with senior leadership. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. • 8+ years' experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or similar roles. • Strong knowledge of our ecosystem and digital shopping experiences. • Proven ability to manage complex projects cross-functionally. • Data-driven mindset; experienced with marketing metrics and optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Experience influencing senior leaders and operating both strategically and tactically. • A creative thinker passionate about delivering innovative customer experiences. • CMS experience. • Adept at navigating ambiguity and inventing scalable processes in fast-paced environments. • Experience with Agile development practices highly desirable. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
