What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage projects through all phases, from evaluation to implementation, focusing on organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions - Gather client requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs - Lead hands-on development and testing throughout OneStream implementations - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementations and drive initiatives with leadership - Identify improvement opportunities in client operations using analytics and strategic insights
What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of experience implementing OneStream or similar EPM tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion) - OneStream Certified Architect - Experience in professional services, such as public accounting, advisory firms, or management consulting - Prior experience in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with analytical and modeling tools, with the ability to construct complex financial models for analysis and forecasting - Ability to distill key data into concise executive dashboards
