Community Name Sunrise at Bay Village Job ID 2025-227899 Job Overview The Associate Director of Sales (ADOS) supports the Sales and Marketing team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing the CRM database, maintaining sales collateral, supporting sales and marketing events, coordinating move-in activities, and advancing leads through the sales process, including conducting callouts, taking call-ins, and making presentations. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities: Supporting our Mission, Principles of Service, and Core Values, including: Maintaining proficiency in the CRM lead tracking system. Supporting prospect record management. Building trusting relationships with prospects by understanding Sunrise offerings. Ensuring model suites are well maintained and presentable. Tracking and achieving sales goals. Making effective phone calls to generate leads and appointments. Preparing resident administrative files as per regulations. Managing the move-in process, including scheduling and coordinating resident orientations and documentation. Facilitating resident assessments and ensuring all forms are completed. Communicating with residents and families to ensure smooth transitions and emotional connections. Maintaining confidentiality of resident information. Supporting community compliance with safety and OSHA requirements. Participating actively as a team member and supporting engagement programs. Attending meetings and completing required training. Supporting sales events and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Candidates should have: At least 1 year of sales support experience or 2 years as a Sunrise Team Member. Customer service or sales experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively. Organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications.
