The Associate Director Of Sales And Events is an experienced senior level hotel sales and events role that reports directly to the Director Of Sales, Marketing And Events. This position may be required to serve as Director in the absence of the Director Of Sales, Marketing And Events. The team at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport allows the ADOSE the ability to manage their own schedule and responsibilities. Your responsibilities include: Leading the Sales and Events departments Developing and implementing Group Sales, Business Travel strategies to increase revenue and overall business success Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and performance Working with team negotiating business and legal decision for contracting Selling to key business segments, achieving a quota, planning, servicing group and event business Representing the hotel at tradeshows and client events Contributing to the budget and forecasting processes Leading, motivating, and continuously developing the team through training and coaching What you bring: Experience in a similar role within hospitality Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident and engaging presence Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience Customer- and service-oriented mindset Hyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards. The salary range for this position is $106,800.00 to $125,000.00. This is the pay range for this position that Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
