We are currently seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader for the position of Associate Director of Oncology Marketing. This role provides a significant opportunity to drive commercial success within our growing oncology portfolio, including Orgovyx and emerging products. Working closely with the VP of Marketing - Oncology, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Sales, and Commercial Excellence, to execute impactful initiatives and align strategic goals. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead business processes that support brand objectives, ensuring clarity and alignment with portfolio goals. Foster commercial innovation in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to drive productivity and growth. Assess needs and set priorities across the oncology portfolio in alignment with leadership. Oversee execution of key initiatives such as launch readiness and marketing innovation. Manage special projects that enhance brand impact and streamline integrated planning. Simplify and communicate important insights and strategies to promote organizational alignment. Identify risks and opportunities within planning and execution cycles, providing actionable recommendations. Core Competencies: Strategic mindset with the ability to align efforts with long-term business objectives. Strong project leadership skills and experience in driving cross-functional initiatives to completion. Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across various levels. Aptitude for simplifying complexity and crafting a cohesive vision from diverse ideas. Business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Experience in commercial planning, marketing strategy, or brand management is preferred; oncology experience is a bonus. Proficient in creating polished, executive-level communications and presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master’s degree). Experience in commercial operations, brand planning, or specialty pharma is a plus. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and support high-performing teams. The base salary for this role ranges from $148,445 to $185,556. Our total rewards package includes merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan and comprehensive insurance options, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
