OVERVIEW We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Associate Director of Marketing Analytics & Performance Insights to join our dynamic team. You will be pivotal in shaping our marketing analytics function, enabling smarter, faster, and more impactful strategies that drive business success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop Marketing Analytics Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy that ensures full-funnel visibility, from lead generation to revenue across all market segments and campaign types. Deliver Actionable Insights: Simplify complex data into clear and compelling insights that empower marketing leaders to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. Campaign Performance Analysis: Assess marketing program effectiveness across various channels. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and optimal investment areas for substantial impact. Segment-Level ROI & Budget Alignment: Collaborate with Finance to connect marketing expenditures to outcomes, providing transparency into segment-level ROI and facilitating informed budgeting decisions. Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Utilize AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling to identify trends and enhance decision-making capabilities. Data Visualization & Reporting: Create and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to support regular business reviews. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering an environment of curiosity and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Campaigns, Segments, Digital Experience, Sales Operations, and Finance to standardize definitions, metrics, and performance objectives. Best-in-Class Analytics Function: Establish and enforce best practices in marketing analytics, data governance, and performance measurement. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence, ideally in a B2B or enterprise setting. Proven ability to lead high-performing analytics teams and deliver insights that significantly influence business outcomes. Expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and data visualization. Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools, predictive analytics, and marketing attribution models. Experience in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Success in linking marketing investments to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders through data. Strong project management and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail. TRAVEL: Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process. COMPENSATION: Target salary range for locations including CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $153,200 - $216,850. This role is eligible for bonus compensation.
