In this pivotal role, you will design and implement our HR technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with enterprise strategy and adapts to the evolving requirements of our HR organization. Your in-depth knowledge of HR technology trends will drive innovation across our systems, delivering a modern, data-driven, and scalable experience for our associates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute an innovative HR technology strategy that promotes business growth, automation, and enhanced digital employee experiences. Act as a trusted advisor to HR customers, serving as the primary liaison between HRIT and business stakeholders to align solutions with end-user needs and strategic objectives. Lead and inspire a team of HRIT associates and contractors, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability. Identify and advocate for emerging HR technologies, AI capabilities, and automation to boost workforce intelligence and operational efficiency. Oversee the implementation, enhancements, and support for key platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow, Phenom, Cornerstone, and similar technologies. Ensure robust system performance, data integrity, and security through stringent governance and proactive compliance practices. Build top-tier HR data and analytic platforms to provide insights into workforce planning, retention, engagement, and performance. Drive ongoing improvement across HR processes via automation, digital workflows, and user-centric design. Manage third-party vendors and contracts, including SLAs, renewals, and RFPs, to guarantee service quality, cost-effectiveness, and scalability for future needs. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to align on sourcing, renewals, and commercial terms. Use your skills to make a significant impact! Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 7+ years of experience in HR, HR technology, or people analytics; with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Deep expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone). Strong HR domain knowledge. Success in leading process reengineering and automation initiatives. Analytical mindset with a proven record in data-driven decision-making and workforce analytics. Experience managing global HR Tech strategies and system consolidation. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive innovation. Familiarity with compliance standards, HR data governance, and system audit-readiness. Preferred Qualifications MBA or other Advanced Degree. Ability to manage large scale, high-visibility programs across multiple project teams. Understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes. Six Sigma certification. ITIL certification. Additional Information Work-At-Home Requirements: Must provide high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Those living in California will receive payment for their internet expenses. A minimum speed of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mbps upload) is required. Satellite and wireless internet services are not permitted for this role. A dedicated workspace free from interruptions is required to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: Although this is a remote position, occasionally traveling to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be necessary. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range : The estimated starting base pay for this full-time (40 hours per week) role ranges from $142,300 - $195,700 per year. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
