OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for our Health Marketing Programs. In this role, you will develop compelling Clinical Effectiveness (CE) messaging and integrated marketing programs aimed at engaging key buyers within the CE portfolio across the Commercial Market Segment. This includes digital health tech, retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit managers, payers, and life sciences organizations. Your deep understanding of the CE buying journey in essential healthcare segments will empower you to execute an effective buyer messaging framework. You will collaborate with our segment marketing team to launch key messages through diverse marketing programs, demand generation campaigns, account-based marketing, sales enablement, and reputation management programs. Key responsibilities include: Crafting targeted customer-focused buying journeys for CE solutions, identifying key roles and developing exclusive value messaging for each. Creating a buyer messaging blueprint for all customer-facing marketing initiatives. Leading the development, management, and assessment of a program framework that drives lead and pipeline growth across the Commercial segment. Fostering channel activation by aligning marketing activities with the buyer journey. Directing content strategy to enhance market perception of CE's solution impact and value. Managing all aspects of program and campaign planning, ensuring strong collaboration with our segment marketing and Commercial teams. Engaging with third-party partners and agencies to adapt industry trends into global buyer programs. Contributing to go-to-market (GTM) team efforts for new product launches, ensuring complete readiness. Leading Commercial Segment Insight Leaders Councils to gather customer insights that inform market positioning. Collaborating with the Global Communications team to develop effective PR and thought leadership strategies to strengthen CE's brand. Anticipating market challenges and informing CE's three-year strategic plan. Communicating complex ideas while driving alignment within cross-functional teams. Monitoring performance metrics and providing recommendations for program optimization. QUALIFICATIONS To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of broad marketing experience, particularly in managing a multi-product portfolio catering to various customer personas. A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or healthcare IT. Expertise in managing large-scale marketing programs for significant US health organizations. A track record in content development from ideation through delivery. Strong analytical skills with a research-oriented approach to transform vision into actionable plans. Experience developing and executing global campaigns, especially through multi-regional models. Knowledge in account-based and digital marketing strategies to guide content planning. Excellent project management skills to support marketing pushes in dynamic environments. Experience in managing communication, PR, and thought leadership campaigns. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to create impactful buyer messages. A collaborative team leadership style that motivates teams towards common objectives. The ability to influence and drive results across various functions. High integrity, strong work ethic, and a keen sense of prioritization. Proven success in implementing effective marketing strategies and plans. Experience in team management is a plus. TRAVEL: Up to 20% Location: Onsite presence required 8 days a month at one of our Wolters Kluwer offices. Compensation: Target salary range for locations including CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $153,200 - $216,850.
