We're on the hunt for an Associate Director of Experiential Learning and Assessmenta visionary, a collaborator, and a champion of hands-on learning. You'll be the spark behind integrating real-world experiences into academic programs and the mastermind tracking how it all pays off in student success.
What You'll Be Rocking:
Experiential Learning Leadership (55%)
- Scout out and amplify existing experiential learning gems across campus
- Partner with faculty to embed real-world magic into course design
- Build systems to track student engagement and break down barriers to access
- Be the go-to guru for best practices in experiential learning
- Collaborate with Career Development Center (CDC) and FPLC to create employer partnerships and faculty training
- Lead the charge in continuous improvement and strategic reporting
Experiential Learning Assessment Strategy (35%)
- Architect a campus-wide experiential learning assessment strategy
- Align with Project DRACO/Title III, accreditation standards, and institutional goals
- Help faculty weave experiential learning into their assessment plans
- Evaluate co-curricular learning and make sure every insight counts
Career Development Collaboration & Campus Engagement (10%)
- Represent the Center for Experiential Learning at events
- Co-create initiatives with the Career Development Center team
- Host workshops that make learning come alive
- Be a team player with a flair for innovation

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree plus three - seven years of advanced professional experience in experiential learning coordination, assessment, or related fields or Bachelor's degree plus four years of advanced professional experience in experiential learning coordination, assessment, or related fields or an equivalent combination of post-secondary training, education and/or advanced professional experience.
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with institutional leaders, faculty, student affairs personnel, community partners, and cross-functional teams to support faculty integration of experiential learning pedagogies with a diverse student body in a higher education environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a collaborative and innovative educational environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Doctoral degree from an accredited higher education institution
Other Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States by the day employment begins. The University regrets that we are unable to offer H1-B sponsorship at this time.
