Associate Director of Data Governance Salary $7,610.00 $12,177.00 Monthly. Location Denver Metro, CO and will require 2 days per week in office. This role also requires frequent in-state travel to various locations. This position oversees the day-to-day department's data governance program, ensuring the consistent and proper management of staff, the data ecosystem and data assets. Will collaborate, co-develop, and implement department data governance policies and procedures, fostering data quality and integrity. The individual is required to know and/or learn the following laws and regulations: Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 , Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act , American Recovery and Reinvestment Act , FERPA , IRS Publication 1075 , Criminal Justice Information , Social Security Administration , 42 CFR Part 2 , as well as program specific federal regulations, state statutes, department rules, and program policies .
