I'm currently working with a marketing agency focusing in the B2B space, and they are looking to add an Associate Director of Communications Strategy to their growing team! Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee or Chicago - 2 days a week onsite Salary: $100,000-125,000/yr About this role: Partners with Strategy & Account Leads to translate brand, business, and marketing strategy into communications strategy Responsible for coordinating integrated channel plans and content framework to inform tactical planning and activation across both traditional and digital channels Defines and implements comms frameworks and leads the development of customer journeys and the role of communication, channel, and content strategy Work with a variety of clients within the food and beverage, animal health, agriculture, or pet care space Champions the work by having a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B communication, and shares insights with clients and internal teams Experience: 7+ years of experience working within communications or strategy Experience working at a marketing agency B2B experience preferred Understanding of paid, earned and owned channel roles Champion of the clients’ business and strong business acumen Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative and effective communication strategies Interested?
