The Associate Director of Clinical Product Management plays a crucial role in conceiving, developing, and managing products that cater to customer needs. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Motivate, coach, and mentor a dynamic team of 10-15 product professionals, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Champion the professional growth of team members, facilitating skill development and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Roadmap Management Take ownership of the product roadmap for the clinical vertical, working closely with senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment.
Prioritize initiatives effectively based on business impact, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Stakeholder Engagement Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing their feedback to shape product strategy and decision-making.
Act as the main point of contact for key clinical products, representing the team in various cross-functional forums.
Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement Analyze customer feedback and clinical outcomes to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency, acting as a catalyst for ongoing improvements.
Product Delivery & Execution Ensure the successful execution of product development projects, from scope definition to resource allocation, risk management, and implementation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure coordinated and successful product launches.
Performance Measurement Define and track key performance indicators to assess the success and impact of product initiatives.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
At least seven years of proven experience in product management, with a successful track record of bringing products to market.
A minimum of four years leading business transformation efforts focused on operational efficiency and strategic change management.
At least three years of demonstrated leadership experience collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Experience in a clinical or in-practice role (e.g., Center Administrator, Front Office, Scheduling, Medical Assistant, Physician, or Physician Extender).
Two or more years as a super user or equivalent experience with leading Electronic Medical Records systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare.
Strong experience in change management strategies.
Six Sigma or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
Additional Information Working Hours: Central or Eastern hours. Remote Position: May require up to 20% travel for stakeholder engagement and product initiatives. Work from Home Requirements: Ensuring your ability to work effectively from home or a hybrid home/office environment is essential. Your self-provided internet service should meet the following criteria: A minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed is recommended; wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections can only be used if approved by leadership.
Employees working from home in the states of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive bi-weekly payments to cover internet expenses.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with the necessary telephone equipment for their role.
Work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be necessary. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The salary range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications. $138,900 - $191,000 per year. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
