Saint Meinrad Archabbey is looking for an Associate Director of Annual Giving. This person is integral in promoting the work of Saint Meinrad by assisting in all efforts related to promoting, maintaining, recognizing, and renewing Saint Meinrad’s annual fund donors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Gift Acknowledgement Process.
• Plan and implement Alumni Outreach program for alumni and friends.
• Assist the Director of Annual Giving in the coordination of donor renewal and update efforts.
• Assist in the operation and improvement of the regular annual support vehicles.
• Develop relationships with Abbot Martin Marty Guild level donors and other benefactors, plus participate in the planning of the Abbot Martin Marty Guild and Einsiedeln Society Day of Recollection.
• Attend regional Benefactor Dinners, Overseers’ Meeting, alumni functions, and other events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year’s experience in mission advancement or related field
• Training in the field of fund raising preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, leadership, communication, and writing skills
• Must be a practicing Catholic
