Associate Director, Negotiations & Deal Coaching Join KPMG US as an Associate Director, Negotiations & Deal Coaching in our Pricing & Commercial Enablement (PCE) team within the Clients & Markets organization.

Responsibilities: Coach client-facing leaders and Firm leadership (Partners, MDs, Directors) across Advisory, Tax, and Audit on negotiation and pricing strategies; facilitate workshops for PMDs. Support senior coaches with strategy, deal configuration, financial modeling, and client negotiations involving risk/reward and creative pricing/billing models. Contribute to thought leadership and partner with senior PCE leadership on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Educate account and pursuit teams in negotiation, pricing, and commercial strategies; occasionally negotiate on behalf of the firm. Create training content and lead negotiations training sessions for all three Firm functions. Collaborate with global teams and member firms on commercial contracting, training, pricing strategies, and thought leadership. Develop methodologies, curricula, and tools in negotiation, pricing, and commercial strategy. Qualifications: At least twelve years of recent experience in professional services, with a minimum of ten years in negotiations; client leadership and deal delivery experience preferred. Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. Expertise in interest-based negotiations methodology and professional services pricing models. Strong executive presence, communication, and coaching skills for senior leaders and sales teams. Proven leadership with the ability to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders at all levels. Salary ranges vary by location, with California ranging from $124,000 to $259,000. This position is full-time, mid-senior level, and based in the US.
