Responsibilities Partner with the Market Access team to develop compelling payer value propositions, messaging, and resources tailored for different access stakeholders (commercial payers, Medicare, Medicaid). Collaborate with the access team to understand payor needs and co-create payer resources. Develop access and fulfillment messaging and resources for ECPs, patients, and office staff. Work cross-functionally with PRC (medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance) to create compliant materials that support the brand strategy. Partner with insights and analytics to make data-driven decisions that support business strategy and goals. Collaborate with Market Access to remove access and fulfillment barriers to prescribing Oxervate. Participate in annual brand planning, workshops, ideation sessions, and assist with final plans. Gather insights from KAMs, FAMs, and PAMs to inform strategic and executional choices for ECPs and patient access. Collaborate with Patient Services to promote and support Dompe Care 2 Connect (DC2C), the hub connecting patients with products. Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, market access, and PRC to meet customer needs and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree; MBA or master’s degree a plus. 6+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/med device or healthcare commercial experience, with at least 2 years in market access roles. Experience partnering cross-functionally and managing external vendors (AORs). Recent ophthalmology experience a plus (ideally anterior segment). Experience with hub vendors interfacing between patients, ECP offices, and specialty pharmacies. Proven, self-driven, results-oriented work history. Experience collaborating with market research to drive business insights. Self-starter with action-oriented planning and understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and material approval processes. Experience with cross-functional review committees. Skills in creating resources for patients, physicians, office staff, and payors on product benefits and fulfillment. Experience partnering with AORs to create impactful campaigns; metrics-driven with ability to analyze user behavior and marketing activities. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and openness to diverse perspectives.
