Job Description The Associate Director, Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) is part of the Digital Lab Channel Platforms & Content Optimization team. This role involves onboarding, training, and leading a team of IVA specialists responsible for creating and routing Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) IVA content for HCP Marketing teams across the enterprise. Responsibilities Include Onboard, train, and lead a high-performing team of IVA specialists responsible for IVA creation, management, and oversight. Confirm requirements with brand marketing, create IVAs, route through the review process, share project plans and status reports, conduct meetings, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely and flawless execution. Support needs and delivery plans with HCP team members to ensure effective planning and execution of IVAs. Manage, coach, and develop the team to understand their therapeutic areas, work effectively across departments, proactively manage workload, review performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve processes. Maintain project documentation, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports. Monitor ongoing work, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to create processes for requirements gathering, approvals, metadata documentation, and data verification. Document change requests, notify teams, and understand timeline implications. Seek process improvements to enhance speed and quality. Prioritize workload across team members, support multiple brands, and ensure high customer service standards and client expectations are met. Demonstrate expertise in Veeva CLM development/deployment and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). Lead teams and manage client interactions. Build and develop Veeva CLM content using provided assets within the AEM environment. Coordinate with agencies for design updates, serve as project originator for routing IVAs, and create/manage an inventory of components and templates. Provide feedback on platform enhancements, participate in agency feedback sessions, and manage budgets for support and resourcing. Ensure high-quality, on-time, and error-free IVA implementation, testing, and QA. Oversee issue management and maintain the IVA product playbook to streamline processes and increase speed to market. This role requires a hybrid work model (3 days in-office) in Mettawa, IL. Key Leadership Competencies Positive team-oriented approach, building strong relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing. 10+ years of experience with Veeva CRM and IVA creation. Experience developing Veeva CLM and using Adobe Experience Manager and Assets. Proven leadership in building high-performing teams (3+ years). Experience in digital marketing or agencies is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and stakeholder management. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, editing, and proofreading skills. Pharma experience preferred but not required. Additional Information Salary range: $137,500 - $261,000, based on location and experience.
