Associate Director, HR - Meals Ops at a glance The Associate Director, HR – Meals Ops plays a strategic role to effectively deliver all human resource programs for a designated network of factories; including labor relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent and performance management, engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, organizational analysis and regulatory/policy compliance. New Hire Base Salary Range: $159,400.00 - $199,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
