In this role, you’ll partner with leaders in operations and sales, leading 2 HR business partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across branches and regions.

You’ll balance workforce planning, labor/union issues, and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness. **What You’ll Do *** Partner with **Ops and Sales leaders ** on org design, workforce/salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline. * Drive **talent development ** for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning. * Guide **sales force effectiveness ** through incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs. * Lead complex **employee relations ** issues. * Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments). * Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions. **Required Qualifications: *** Bachelor’s degree * 8+ years of HR experience **Preferred Qualifications: *** Master's degree * Prior **people leadership experience ** — managing, coaching, and developing HR professionals * Strong background in **talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations **. * Familiarity with **sales incentives and union/non-union workforce issues **.#LI-Onsite### RSRCAR ***Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
