We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Procurement; Market Access to develop and execute the Category Management strategy for Patient Programs & Market Access. This role involves collaborating with business partners to assess global supply base capabilities, owning supplier relationships, leading sourcing projects, and managing performance and service delivery. This position is based onsite at our Corporate HQ in Sleepy Hollow, NY (4 days a week); it is not open to hybrid or remote work arrangements. Responsibilities include: Developing procurement strategies to support the Market Access Team Serving as a primary contact for stakeholders and suppliers Driving value through cost savings, cash flow improvements, and efficiency Improving global procurement processes Leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), negotiations, and planning Learning about Regeneron's product portfolio and procurement needs Conducting market research and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions Leading sourcing activities with a team Ideal candidate profile: Experienced in managing category processes and suppliers Adept at influencing stakeholders and suppliers Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams Prior procurement experience, especially in market access Skilled in negotiations, sourcing, stakeholder management, and SRM Knowledgeable about supply market dynamics and external data sources Able to operate with integrity and clarity in ambiguous environments Experience with global supply market evaluation and risk assessment tools Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree and +10 years of procurement experience Certifications like CPSM/CPM/CTPE are helpful Familiarity with sourcing tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems (Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, etc.) Proficiency with business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) If this sounds like you, apply now to join Regeneron, which offers an inclusive culture and comprehensive benefits, including health programs, fitness centers, bonuses, and paid time off.
