We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Business Services Tech Enablement Strategy to join our Business Process organization. Responsibilities Develop and deploy technology enablement and intelligent operations strategies to modernize GBS digital tools and AI use cases, ensuring automation and generative AI integration. Lead deployment of strategic roadmaps, oversee requirements gathering, go-lives, and enhancements; make autonomous decisions and escalate complex issues to senior leaders. Manage international development teams, facilitate conflict resolution, and review internal processes for AI-driven solutions. Establish standards and controls for quality, timeliness, and safe deployment of solutions, including handover to support teams. Collaborate with innovation teams and delivery centers to leverage best practices and emerging technologies; promote continuous learning and innovation. Identify client opportunities, support deployment, develop case studies, and prepare for external presentations; mentor junior staff and manage team resources. Qualifications At least 8 years of recent experience in automation, AI, or enterprise technology implementations, preferably in a Fortune 500 or Big 4 consulting environment. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Proven experience working with global teams, outsourcing, and consulting services. Strong project management, organizational change, and communication skills. Ability to develop technology solutions, lead strategic initiatives, and foster high-performance teams.
