The Kenosha Utilities, Facility and Project Engineering team is responsible for providing technical and administrative coordination for site facility delivery, local capital project management, and facility contractor oversight (inclusive of contracted facility engineering, utilities, and maintenance). This organization must ensure that utilities, facilities and related infrastructure are fit for use when needed, maintenance and reliability techniques are efficient and effective, and appropriate corrective and improvement actions are taken when necessary. The team is also responsible for the efficient and effective management of local capital for the site assets, oversight of engineering/maintenance contract resources and lead of site-wide projects.
Within this organization, the Associate Director Facilities Program Management will serve as a key representative for Lilly Kenosha in establishing facility management program and managing site soft services and ensuring seamless operations of facilities. This role will oversee vendor relationships, coordinate operational activities, and drive compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The Facilities Associate will collaborate across various teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence. The role will report to the Associate Director of Utilities, Facility and Project Engineering.
