We are seeking a systems thinker and execution driver to join our Salt Lake City office as Associate Director, Executive Operations. This role partners directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic alignment, optimize decision-making, and improve operational effectiveness across the firm. Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 plus annual bonus (Candidates must reside in Salt Lake City). Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain frameworks, routines, and communications that clarify priorities, track progress, and align senior leaders across functions. Lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives that support EPs growth and operational scale. Identify roadblocks proactively and recommend solutions to support enterprise-level problem-solving. Serve as a connector between the Executive Committee, Operating Committee, PMO, and functional leaders. Facilitate clear, aligned communication across departments to ensure shared ownership of outcomes. Translate ideas into structured actions, meetings, and decisions to prioritize limited executive bandwidth. Design and maintain scalable systems that enable executive efficiency and transparency. Track and synthesize key projects and decisions, ensuring follow-through and focus on outcomes. Drive process improvements by identifying friction points and delivering solutions. Qualifications 610+ years in operations, strategic enablement, Chief of Staff, or similar roles in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations (financial services experience preferred). Proven ability to work directly with executive leaders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Advanced skills in analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), cloud platforms (Teams, Salesforce), and emerging technologies like AI assistants (Co-Pilot, ChatGPT). Outstanding communication skillsable to distill complexity, write clearly, and guide executive conversations. Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities. PMP or similar project/operations credentials are a plus.
