We are seeking an innovative Associate Director for Commercial Learning and Development, specifically focused on Market Access. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the development and implementation of training programs that empower Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), Patient Interaction Navigators (PINs), Payer, Trade Account Directors, and other Market Access team members with essential skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Market Access objectives with the company’s overall vision. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing training programs for Market Access team members, enhancing their effectiveness in supporting healthcare providers. Develop comprehensive training materials centered on payer messaging, reimbursement policies, and patient support initiatives. Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, utilizing interactive workshops and role-plays to enhance learning outcomes. Stay informed about changes in access-related policies, CMS updates, and payer trends to ensure that training content remains relevant and impactful. Work collaboratively with legal, compliance, medical affairs, and marketing teams to produce accurate and compliant training materials. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and participant feedback. Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to optimize learning initiatives. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and strategic engagement in the field. Maintain organized records of training programs and participant progress. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 2 years focused on Learning and Development, market access, or reimbursement. Proven experience as an Access & Reimbursement Trainer and 2 years in Field Reimbursement or HUB programs. Strong understanding of reimbursement processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer systems. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms.
