In this critical role, you will lead efforts in marketing mix and channel analytics, optimizing our marketing investments for maximum impact.
As a key member of the team, you will:
Lead marketing mix modeling (MMM) efforts to measure and enhance the effectiveness of promotional investments across various channels, including HCP, DTC, digital, and non-personal promotion.
Develop advanced analytics frameworks, such as multi-touch attribution models, to assess channel performance.
Monitor and evaluate omnichannel performance, enhancing future marketing strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with media teams to analyze the performance of paid, earned, and owned media, recommending effective budget allocation strategies.
You will also provide strategic insights by:
Drawing data-driven recommendations for marketing and brand teams to improve customer engagement and overall business performance.
Integrating marketing analytics into brand planning, forecasting, and competitive strategy.
Conducting scenario planning to evaluate the potential outcomes of different marketing approaches.
Ensuring efficient targeting and resource allocation through effective customer and campaign segmentation.
In this collaborative role, you will:
Act as a strategic partner to marketing, sales, and finance teams, converting analytics into actionable business impact.
Work closely with data science, engineering, and external analytics vendors to refine methodologies.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a way that is clear and compelling.
Ensure alignment with the overall commercial strategy while adhering to industry best practices.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing mix modeling, or channel performance analytics.
Strong expertise in statistical modeling, attribution modeling, and media effectiveness measurement.
Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and media measurement across digital, HCP, and DTC strategies.
Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques for marketing analytics.
Familiarity with third-party data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Nielsen, etc.).
