We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML who specializes in pharma commercial analytics. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in USA, working in close collaboration with offshore stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
Specializations :
Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
Brand performance analytics and reporting.
Marketing analytics (preferred).
Therapeutic Expertise : Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
Data Proficiency :
Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.
Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
Qualitative Attributes :
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership.
Prior experience with the Immunology market is preferred.
