Alkermes is looking for an Associate Director of Digital Marketing to join the VIVITROL brand team, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing within the Addiction Franchise. This person will be responsible for leading the development, management, and execution of VIVITROL consumer marketing activities supporting the brand’s alcohol and opioid dependence indications. This person will analyze patient data, research to best understand patient/consumer preferences and attitudes. More broadly, this role will focus on driving non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives including the execution of VIVITROL marketing programs for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers. This position also involves tracking and optimizing performance for return on investment (ROI) through measuring digital analytics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and gathering strategic insights to make data-driven business decisions. This role will also support other HCP efforts, local initiatives, and ad hoc projects as needed. The candidate must be a highly motivated, experienced individual who can work cross-functionally to align marketing activities to core brand objectives and corporate strategies. The role requires someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of people with complicated, difficult-to-treat diseases, such as addiction. Alkermes has adopted a hybrid working environment to support and meet the needs of employees and this role will operate in a flexible environment with 60% of time in the office and 40% from home.
