The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Typically, new hires are not placed at the top of the range. The current estimated range is:
Grade: Management_Executive Pay Range: $122,100.00 - $219,800.00
Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
P&L ownership experience managing over $ INSERT + P&L, focusing on contribution margins and student growth.
Program management and marketing experience in launching and operating educational programs using data and insights.
Promote a culture of experimentation, measurement, and learning from data to improve student outcomes.
Lead a diverse team of INSERT + members, including program managers, faculty, and student coaches/mentors.
Communicate effectively to promote teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving; adapt messaging to the audience; provide timely feedback.
Collaborate across the organization to achieve shared goals, build trust, and gain support.
Manage ambiguity, handle change, and make decisions with incomplete information.
Drive results, persist through obstacles, and pursue continuous improvement.
Build effective, diverse teams with shared objectives and strong morale.
Learn quickly from new challenges, experiment with solutions, and expand knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in relevant field from an accredited institution.
Five (5) years in a similar role demonstrating expertise in marketing, improvement, and leadership; experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Terminal degree in a relevant field.
Experience in online higher education or rapidly evolving organizational contexts.
Expertise in curriculum development or assessments.
Successful change management experience in complex environments.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged sitting and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
