About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Associate Dean and Director of the CRNA Program to lead the exciting launch of our new CRNA program, aligning with our institution's mission. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building the program from the ground up. Your key responsibilities will include:
Recruiting a talented team of CRNAs
Overseeing the accreditation process
Preparing the program for student enrollment by 2026
Teaching CRNA practices and securing qualified faculty
Establishing clinical placement sites
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background as a CRNA, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants must hold a BSN and a PhD, DNP, or DNAP along with a CRNA certification and at least two years of clinical practice experience. Additionally, prior experience in teaching or leading a CRNA program is required.
Please note that this role requires onsite leadership; it is not suitable for remote or hybrid work. You will report to the Sr. Associate Dean for Administration and Finance and focus on both academic and operational aspects of the CRNA program to ensure it meets the highest standards.
