As the Associate, Creative Director, Copy you will:
Proactively anticipate and solve problems and make effective recommendations to Creative Director (CD).
Brief CD on relevant strategic objectives and team dynamics to facilitate meaningful CD review of tactics.
Write compelling content across tactics (PVPs, PIE decks, etc.) while ensuring alignment with the 3 pillars of effective marketing communications as well as client strategies and objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and providing guidance to other team members as needed.
Collaborate with ACD/Art Directors to conceptualize and execute creative.
Participate in client meetings as needed to ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
Collaborate closely with account management and project management teams to align goals, schedules, and budgets and ensure adequate time and resources to meet communication objectives.
Fully understand the market access landscape taking into account both it and marketing strategies when writing or reviewing tactics.
Help other writers set priorities and manage workloads so that assignments are skillfully executed and completed within agreed-upon time frames.
Set expectations for the team and communicate and follow up when standards are not being met.
Develop strong relationships with all cross-discipline leads.
Qualifications Degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment preferably supporting life science organizations
Solid knowledge of payer marketing
Experience leading and managing creative teams
Strong concept and strategy development skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites
Strong working knowledge of digital platforms and applications
High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
Strong social skills: the proven ability to work well with other team members
Strong creative mind with a meticulous attention to detail
US work authorization
Ability to travel, occasionally, as needed
