Skills and experience Minimum 10 years of agency experience with at least two years leading cross-functional teams Experience leading creative development from concept through execution, ensuring work is strategic, compelling, and delivered on time Exceptional portfolio with compelling concepts, multi-channel activation, and crisp short- and long-form copy Ability to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions Experience developing positioning strategies and brand narratives Experience framing research and discovery phases to shape brand strategy, facilitating client workshops, and taking a lead role in synthesis Fluency across digital, social, and print Passion for problem-solving and systems thinking Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity Proven success in cultivating client relationships and influence Comfort handling multiple projects and reprioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and persuasive presentation skills Passion for learning and entrepreneurial mindset Positive, solution-oriented outlook Exceptional attention to detail Healthcare experience is a plus What We Offer At Pivot Design, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we have developed an employee-centric culture where we value our people above all else.
