Description:Description As the Associate Creative Director (ACD), you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our clients’ B2B content, messaging, and brand strategies, as well as conducting research on target audiences and market trends. You will work closely with our clients, account managers, and other creative team members to ensure that all communication aligns with our clients’ business objectives and vision.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive content, messaging, and brand strategies for our clients. These are large-scale, integrated B2B strategies for enterprise level clients.
Develop creative concepts, messaging, and copywriting that effectively communicates our clients’ unique value proposition and key differentiators to target audiences.
Conduct audience research to develop buyer personas, understand target audience needs and preferences, and inform content and messaging strategies.
Conduct market research to identify market trends, assess competitive landscape, and inform product positioning and messaging.
Develop and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and use data to optimize strategies and tactics.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, messaging, branding, audience research, and market research.
Manage each project’s outcome to meet the financial and deadline expectations.
Assign and monitor progress on all content and copy projects across the team.
Requirements: A strong portfolio demonstrating revenue growth for enterprise level B2B clients through a variety of campaigns, strategies, and execution. B2B experience is required.
Several years of experience in leading strategic messaging, content strategy, content planning, audience and market research, and strategic brand development in B2B industries with multiple enterprise level companies. Experience doing the work above preferably in an agency setting is a big plus.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
Experience conducting audience and market research to inform content and messaging strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
