Manage Departmental Operations —keep the nursing department running efficiently and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced & Compassionate Leader —3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred.

Licensed & Credentialed Professional —current  IA Registered Nurse (RN) license  required.

Strong Communicator & Team Builder —exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Regulatory Knowledge —expertise in long-term care regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
